Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
The short version
Veris is a tool for tracking symptoms and preparing for appointments. It is not medical care, and it does not diagnose. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
- Veris lets you log symptoms, cycle dates, and check-in answers, shows you your own patterns, and builds a visit guide from what you log.
- Veris is decision support and education only. Nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
- The service is in beta. Features can change, and some are marked as coming soon.
Your account
- You need to be 18 or older to create an account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You can delete your data or your account at any time from Settings.
Your health information
What you log is yours. Veris stores it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Using the service for yourself is covered by these terms; this is the core service consent recorded on your account.
Research
Veris also builds a research dataset. Whether your de-identified data joins it, and whether Veris may contact you about research, are separate questions you answer inside the app. Saying no to either changes nothing about how the app works for you, and you can change your answers in Settings.
Billing
Membership is billed monthly through Stripe when the free beta period ends. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and the membership runs to the end of the paid period.
Ending the service
You can stop using Veris at any time. Veris can suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms the service. When an account is deleted, its data is purged as the Privacy Policy describes.
